Went off on reset at 10 too,seemed too struggle a bit as the ping was settling and then ...gone...hope it comes back!

It takes a bit over a hour to do the full reset. Sometime you will see it pop up and have a high ping... it is going through its reset cycle at this time and comes and goes while this happens.
