I am thinking about implementing a three strike method for keeping order on Despair. I am kind of putting it up for a vote. I know a lot of you just 'check in' and read, but don't comment too much. I know it takes time. No worries.
I am thinking about this for only extreme situations, and not as a punishment for common discipline practices or occasional OOPSes. If I deem it necessary (or my DM when I get one or two) we will ban the person the first time for three days. Then they are taken off that list and allowed to play.
The second major offense would be an entire week off of Despair.
The third and final is banning for a month, and possible removal of recently played characters to a Despair Backup Folder (where the player cannot use them until I (Czecky) put them back into their folder.
This is extreme and I hope I never have to do this, so just up for a vote. Please comment and let me know what you think.
