All databases and characters are intact as of the time of the initial drop. Turns out that a hard drive failure, coupled with a resource issue are to blame. Not sure if they are related.
All is well in Despair. If I get a good turn out over the next month in attendance I'll introduce the new stuff for the game, and work on the face book group page for Despair.
