So, having said that, before I put the normal wheels of Czecky's crazed mind into motion, I would like to extend an offer to those whom build and check interest in the city of hope.
It must be your ORIGINAL WORK, no capturing from other mods, or the community for that one. Cep 2.3 is to be used for the toolset,. and there is a strict naming structure for doors, transitions, no items placed, only placeables, and no creature conversations on those original maps - they are to be submitted separately in an additional erf. All maps are to be erfed singly, and zipped with winzip, with no hidden easter eggs and/or scripts at all in those maps.
EX: Transitions will be formatted tr_hope_og2 and go to waypoint hope_ig1, for a transition going from hope outer gate 2 to hope inner gate 1. Doors would have a tag of hope_cy_mer1_door for the outside, and hope_cy_mer1_main for the inside of a merchant shop one.
It must have the following areas - at least, and progress in this manner:
Outer Gates - one step closer into the city
Inner Gates - another step closer to the city
Court Yard - for central access to Gated city
Staging Area - for troops
Merchants area - for, you guessed it, merchants and travelers
City proper, including additional stores and staples
There are some nice new castle exterior maps and placeables in cep 2.3 so have fun with it. And take your time, as there's no rush.
Later, the Sewers and surrounding forests maps will be done
No guarantees of any work being submitted or used in full. If it is, though, you shall get full credit in the forum, facebook and community when posted there. You will also get an item or two of your choice or a custom item to be made by me and placed in the game for you to have for free, and for others to find.
The deadline for this is March 15th - firm, go figure.
