Old Blue's Quests are for Legendary players, and are generally good in nature, if not a bit greedy on the side of what Old Blue wants you to do... Evil, on the other hand, requires only a level 20 character for the Center of Evil quests. Both offer gold and xp in the millions.
Old Blue can be found in a few places, but there is only one CENTER OF EVIL.
Enjoy all. These quests are very detailed and well worth it. Let me know what you think when you finish them (which no one has done yet).
