Yeah, right! Like no one saw THAT one coming. I am opening up a lot of areas to Legendary toons. I have noticed that some builds will require Legendary Levels to beat some of the bosses. And, it also takes a bit of the frustration out of the equation.
So enjoy and dream of Despair when you sleep!

This is a great idea.... Will help Mages, rogues, bards, etc.... be able to beat some bosses.
